Data Deletion Instructions

At LIMTECHNO, we respect your privacy and provide users with the ability to request deletion of their personal information and data associated with our platform.

1. How to Request Data Deletion

If you want to delete your personal information or data connected to your WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook account, follow these steps:

Send an email to info@limtechno.com.
Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
Include your registered email address or account identifier.
Specify whether you want to delete your entire account or only data associated with a connected Meta account.
Our team may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request.

2. What Data Can Be Deleted?

Depending on your request and applicable legal requirements, we may delete:

Personal account information.
Profile and business information.
Connected Facebook and Instagram account information.
WhatsApp integration information.
Customer conversation records and associated metadata stored on our platform.
Contacts and other platform-related information.

3. Processing Time

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 business days and complete eligible deletion requests within 30 days after verification.

If additional time is required due to technical or legal reasons, we will communicate the reason to the requester.

4. Data Retention Exceptions

Certain information may be retained where required by applicable laws, regulatory obligations, fraud prevention, security requirements, or the resolution of legal disputes.

Any retained information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection requirements.

5. Disconnecting Meta Accounts

You can disconnect your Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp Business integration from the connected account settings where available.

You may also remove or revoke the relevant application permissions through your Meta account settings.

Disconnecting an account does not automatically delete all previously stored information. Please submit a separate deletion request if you want your stored data deleted.

6. Confirmation of Deletion

Once your eligible deletion request has been processed, we will notify you through the email address provided in your request.
